Church Hill Surgery - Station Road, Pulham Market.
Station Road is at the centre of the village if Pulham Market, opposite the village green.
The surgery is situated 50 yards down this road on the right hand side. These premises have suitable access for patients with disabilities and we would therefore encourage these patients to attend the Church Hill premises.
Dickleburgh Surgery – Rectory Road, Dickleburgh.
Dickleburgh Surgery is a bungalow building, situated in Rectory Road, just 50 yards past the Corner Shop. These premises have worked planned to provide suitable access for patients with disabilities.

We accept patients living in the following areas:
Tibenham, Aslacton, Great Moulton, Burston, Gissing, Tivetshall St Margaret, Tivetshall St Mary, Pulham Market, Pulham St Mary, Starston, Dickleburgh, Rushall, Shimpling.
Prescriptions
We have a dispensary at Church Hill Surgery and patients for whom we dispense medication can wait for their prescriptions after they have seen the doctor.
There is a direct telephone line to the dispensary for repeat requests and queries 01379 608373. Repeat prescriptions may be left in the box on the wall in the foyer or in the outside mail box.
