With Norwich & District Carers Forum

Our June “Caring for Carers” meeting is on Tues June 19th 2012. Christine Butler from the Norwich & District Carers Forum will be available to update us and to answer your questions.

Julie Helsby from Harleston Information Plus will also be coming with details and leaflets about the help currently available. We are especially pleased that Debbie Wade, the Practice Manager at Church Hill Surgery, Pulham Market, has agreed to come and tell us about the Patient Participation Group. As this year’s theme for National Carers Week is “In Sickness and in Health” – it should be a lively event – don’t miss it!
